Radial Path is a B2B Brand, Product, and Performance Agency specialising in Digital Infrastructure.

My role as a Design & Delivery Manager includes many responsibilities. Firstly, I manage all operations within Radial Path from a business perspective. It is my responsibility to plan, schedule, support, and assign workflow and workloads across all departments for projects on both a retained and adhoc basis. Working directly with the CEO, COO, Commercial Director, and Director of Client Success. It is my job to ensure that all of our projects are worked on and completed efficiently, under budget and on time to positively affect and maintain successful client relations and then report back via monthly reports to the Senior Leadership Team.

While working with retained clients on projects, I will often be working in a support capacity across the company, ensuring each department and team member is working effectively and within capacity, while also looking to ease stress points or difficulties within any potential projects. While this is happening, I am also working in a forecasting capacity within our internal systems to develop timelines, strategies, meetings, monthly client reports, and highlighting potential upsell opportunities. However, there are times in which I will step in and work directly on projects, including, but not limited to: Design, Editing, Video Production, Web Development, and more.

When I’m not in a delivery capacity, I directly oversee and manage the Design & Engineering departments. I work with my teams from a design consistency point-of-view. I'm responsible for ensuring my teams are walking the right path while in a healthy environment and hitting their OKRs to collectively grow, all while providing our clients with exceptional work that both sides are proud of.
