The Brief
The client, after having recently done some market research around the globe, found themselves wanting to rebuild their food menu and increase not only their offerings to the general public, but also take their quality of food to the next level. The leadership and kitchen team worked together in order to a highly diverse and luxurious menu that everyone was proud of and was now at the stage of design and promotion. They were in need of high quality images and video content of the menu for promotion on their digital platforms, as well as needing a new menu design for the restaurant.
The Outcome
Working with the leadership team, I liaised with leadership, kitchen, and front-of-house in a discovery session in order to identify all of their wants and needs - crafting a shot-list and scheduling in 2 shoots in order to effectively capture all of the imagery that the client would need.
Upon completion of the shoots and sign-off on the images, we then designed the updated menu and had it printed and distributed to the venue in time for the internal marketing strategies to begin.
